Hi, my name is E'marae Williams and I am dedicated to customer service. I have worked in customer service my entire life, and I won numerous customer service awards while at my previous job at a large bank. I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and double majored in marketing and economics. I am a proud member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated and the International Business Fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. I love mortgages because buying one is such a huge part of someone's life, as it is often the biggest purchase one makes. Being able to play a role in that is exciting and gratifying.
